Reinauer’s Kristy Ann/RTC 80 ATB loaded a fuel cargo on the Arthur Kill Monday but then spent most of the next two days killing time on the North River at anchorage off 125th Street and making a brief trip down to the Upper Bay and back early Tuesday with the 85,000 barrel capacity barge looking fully loaded and drawing more than 20 feet. By the early hours of Wednesday, however, she was underway and headed around the Battery, through the Gate and bound for Boston, with sunrise finding her on the Sound passing Norwalk.
