Observations on the Hudson River as it passes through New York City. The section of the Hudson which passes through New York is historically known as the North River, called this by the Dutch to distinguish it from the Delaware River, which they knew as the South River. Saturday was probably one of the busiest days ever on the old North River and it would take a week to post all the photos I took, but here are some that I was happiest with. Please forgive the color balance adjustments on the photo of the B-52/B-1/B-2 but needed in order to see the planes clearly.
